Resource Tools - a set of command-line utilities for performing various operations over resources stored in PE32, PE32+ and RES files, and .NET assemblies.
- Inserts, replaces and deletes resources.
- Reduces the size of the Delphi/ะก++Builder file by removing the unused resources, relocation table and debug information.
- Changes the language in Win32 resources, as well as the System.Reflection.NeutralResourcesLanguageAttribute attribute in .NET assemblies.
- Edits resource version, autoincrements version number.
- Extracts information on classes from Delphi/C++Builder files and .NET assemblies to CSV, TXT or XML files.
- Supports PE files with the resources section being not the last one.
- Automatically creates the resources section if it is missing in the PE file.
- Edits .NET assemblies without .NET Framework and .NET SDK.

Upon the registration, you will receive the license key, which is to be entered in the register.exe application. The register.exe file is located in the Resoure Tools folder; it can be run by selecting All Programs > Resource Tools > Resource Tools Registration Data on the operating system's Start menu.
